Find a time — even when your clinician is full.

Pick a day — if your clinician is full, you still leave with a trusted colleague.

How it works

Three steps — and you still leave with a time.

1

Open one link

No portal login. No phone tree. Just the booking page for the person you came to see — or the directory if you are still choosing.

2

Pick a day and a time

Choose a free consult or a full session when they offer it. Leave your name. That is the whole form.

3

If they are full, you still get a time

You stay on the page and see a colleague they trust. If that person is full too, the next trusted colleague is offered. Never “we are not taking new patients.”

The referral story

Elena → James → Maya

When Elena is at her weekly cap, the booking page offers James. If James is also full, it keeps walking trusted peers — Maya, or whoever is next — so you are never left without a name and a time.

For clients

Book in seconds. Never a dead end.

  • Open one link — no account required to request a time
  • Choose a free consult or a full session when offered
  • If your clinician is full, still leave with a name and a time
  • Optional ride links to the office address

For clinicians

Protect your week. Keep overflow warm.

  • Set a weekly clinical hour target and a buffer for notes
  • See 8 weeks ahead before you take a new weekly client
  • Invite peers so overflow lands with people you trust
  • Add existing clients on a month calendar in one click

For clinicians

Built for people who cannot keep adding one more client.

Most calendars show empty squares. They do not know you are already at 25 clinical hours, or that eight weekly clients will still be there in October. ScheduleAVisit watches the real load — then keeps the next person from falling through the cracks.

Who it is for

The person booking, then the clinician.

The person booking the visit

No “we are not taking new patients” dead end. A time, a name, and a way to get there.

Counselors & therapists

See when a new weekly client would tip the next two months — without tagging every person by hand.

Doctors who still run their own book

Protect procedure days and admin time. Send overflow to a peer you already know.

Small peer networks

Three calendars, one referral lane. When you are full, they get the hours — and the path can hop further if needed.

FAQ

Common questions

Plain answers for people booking a visit — and for clinicians who want a booking link.

Do I need an account to book?

No. Open a booking link, pick a time, and leave your name. If your clinician is full, you still see a trusted colleague.

What happens when I’m full?

Trusted peers on your network get offered; if everyone is full, clients can join your waitlist.

Do clients see my hour cap?

No. They see open times or a colleague you trust.

How do peer referrals work?

You invite colleagues; when you’re at capacity the booking page offers them (including wider network hops).

Is this HIPAA?

Not yet. No BAA. Don’t put clinical notes here. Fine for scheduling logistics while you grow.

How do I get my booking link?

Sign up / log in → setup → dashboard shows your public link and QR. Notifications are in-dashboard for now (no email yet).
