We only keep what we need to put a visit on a calendar.

Plain language. This is a scheduling tool, not a clinical record.

What this site is

ScheduleAVisit helps a client pick a time with a counselor, or with a trusted colleague if that counselor is full. That is the whole job. We do not store session notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, or anything you would write after a visit.

What we store

• Your name
• Your email
• Your phone number, if you type one in
• The appointment time
• Which counselor the visit is with

Providers also have an account (name, email, username, password, office address, weekly hour cap, and the colleagues they trust). Login uses a cookie so they stay signed in.

What we do not claim

We are not a HIPAA product. We have no Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Do not put clinical notes here. If you need a HIPAA-covered system, use one that signs a BAA.

Where it lives

The app is hosted on Render. Data sits in the database that service keeps for this site.

Cookies

We use a login cookie so a provider can open the dashboard without typing a password every time. Clients booking a visit do not need an account.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell names, emails, phone numbers, or visit times. We do not run ads against this list.

Ask us to delete it

Email jasonjcheney@gmail.com and we will take your scheduling record off this site. Say which email or visit you mean so we can find it.
